What is LEGAL ACCOUNTING BUREAU LTD?

LAB provides a comprehensive accounting service for small to medium sized law practices throughout New Zealand.  We are trusted professionals with over 30 years experience in the management of trust accounts.  Our service is completely secure and confidential.       

How it works...

We can log in remotely to your software if you use Onelaw, Actionstep, Lawbase, Infinity or juniorPartner.  If you do not wish to purchase your own software, we have juniorPartner at LAB and we can host your data file on a secure server in our office.

Whichever software you use -   simply email to us copies of receipts, online banking batch reports, journals, bank statements and fees and we take care of the rest.  We input all the relevant data into your data file.  We reconcile your trust account and at month end we send you all the relevant reports so you can file your month end certificate with NZLS.  You can also track debtors and monitor fees, do work in progress reports and monitor individual author performance.  You can have 24/7 online access to your ledgers and other reports.
